An Accelerometer-Based Training Load Analysis to Assess Volleyball Performance

In this case study we assessed if daily high intensity jump loads contribute to fatigue and if there were differences in on-court performances between wins and loses. In the study we assessed daily jump workloads and weekly countermovement jump tests. Data was stratified in to workloads prior to wins or losses and if those workloads influenced game performance. One athlete recorded a total of 83 data sessions throughout the division I season.
